How do I login?
To log in, please visit www.kortext.com and click the ‘Log in’ button in the top-right corner.
Enter your username and password into their respective fields.
You can save your login details for quick access next time. You can also reset your password via the login page, if needed.
Once the correct credentials have been entered, the bookshelf will load.
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll see an option to reset it during the login process. The instructions will be sent to your email account.
To change your password, log in and select ‘Account’ in the top-right corner. Then select ‘Account settings’. You’ll see a password reset option.
What do I do if I have a new file that needs updating on Kortext?
The process for updating a title that currently exists on Kortext is the same as for uploading a new file.
Please follow the same process and upload as you would a new title.
How do I update content?
To update content on Kortext, please complete a metadata refresh for the required title.
How do I withdraw titles from sale?
To remove a title from sale on Kortext, please conduct a metadata refresh of the required title.
How do I update pricing on Kortext?
To update the pricing of one of your titles on Kortext, please conduct a metadata refresh.
What do I do if IA pricing/discount is incorrect?
If the national pricing is showing instead of IA pricing, or your title is showing the wrong discount, please alert our team by emailing support@kortext.com and they will investigate this for you.
How do I notify Kortext of store-specific pricing?
To notify us of store-specific pricing, please email support@kortext.com.
Include in your email:
- A clearly identifiable store name.
- The start and end date of this special pricing arrangement.
If you need to notify us of several store prices at once, please contact us for a copy of our bulk store pricing template.
How do I get a Kortext account if I am based in the US?
If you are based in the US and would like to set up an account with publisher permissions on Kortext, please contact our publisher services team by emailing publisherservices@kortext.com.
How will I know when my codebank is getting low?
You will be notified of a low codebank by being sent a low code report when the number of codes drops below a pre-set threshold.
How will I know how many codes have been activated?
You will receive monthly billing reports of sold items from our finance team. You will also receive daily reports on the number of deactivations from refunds.
When will I get my report from Kortext?
Publishers with a contract directly with Kortext will receive their reporting and payments from Kortext as outlined in their contract.
